Christopher Simon is a trial lawyer and former insurance company lawyer practicing in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Virginia 1993 with a degree in Foreign Affairs and spent a year in banking before leaving to get his Juris Doctorate at Mercer University in 1997.

After a clerking during school for the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Simon entered the world of civil law and started out trying Eminent Domain jury trials for Cobb County and litigating landlord tenant issues. He then went to work for the next 8 years for various insurance defense firms and represented USAA Insurance, Cotton States, Farmers Insurance, Reliance, Empire Fire and Marine.

Gradually becoming more specialized, by 2002 he was representing trucking companies in catastrophic losses. He was recruited to become a partner in Liberty Mutual's captive firm in Atlanta and there he continued his work defending trucking companies, construction companies and litigating insurance coverage. In 2007, he left insurance defense and began representing seriously injured people and their families. 

He has been selected by Law & Politics magazine as a "Rising Star" as one of the up and coming lawyers under 40 in 2009 and 2010. He was also named to Georgia Trend Magazine's Legal Elite list for 2010. A frequent contributor to FoxNews national, Mr. Simon also speaks at various continuing education venues accross the state.
